Free worldwide shipping
Every DRAFLY order ships free, anywhere in the world, with a tracking number.

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days after they ship. During busy periods like the holidays, it can take a little longer.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Duties and taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Address check
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, reply to your order email right away and we'll fix it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged package
If your tracking hasn't moved for a while or your package arrives damaged, write to us at contact@getdrafly.com with your order number. We'll sort it out with you.
